VAT: Holders of Israeli passports are required to pay VAT by law including holders of
dual nationality passports .
Only tourists with a B2 or B3 permit will be exempt.
Important note: The permit must be presented to the rental agency in order to be exempt from VAT.

Airport Fees: A one-time supplement of $ 39.00 will be applicable on the pickup and drop-off of the vehicle at
the Ben-Gurion Airport office.

One-way travel rentals are available at no extra charge from all our agencies except for
rentals from / to Eilat. Travel costs in one direction from / to Eilat will apply as follows:
Rentals for 1-2 days: $ 200.00

3 days and more: FREE

Insurance coverage (CDW / LDW & TP) covers damage to the vehicle, except the minimum supplement payable
on the category. of the vehicle.
Deductible / additional charges of $ 500.00-1,000.00 will apply in the event of damage, depending on the
vehicle category. CDW / LDW does not cover damage to tires, windshield, roof and damage
to underbody will be billed accordingly.
The SUPER CDW is optional and will reduce the liability of the lessor to zero in the event of theft or damage to the vehicle. It can
only be acquired in conjunction with CDW / LDW and TP.
SCDW does not cover damage to tires, windshield and roof. It can only be acquired
only with CDW / LDW and TP.
The Super TP is optional and will reduce the liability of the lessor to zero in the event of theft of the rental vehicle. It can
only be acquired with CDW / LDW and TP only.
3PLC (Limited Coverage) – Mandatory for customers who decline CDW / LDW and TP and who are covered by their
credit card company.

CDW / LDW and TP coverage must be purchased if the credit card company does not provide
sufficient coverage for rentals made in Israel.

Only World Master Card cards issued in the United States or Gold / Platinum Visa / Master Card and Visa
Premier cards issued in Canada can be used if the CDW / LDW & TP is waived.
To refuse the CDW and TP, the lessor must have a World Master Card issued in the United States or a
Gold / Platinum Visa / Master Card or Visa Premier card issued in Canada and provide the

The maximum security deposit is the full value of the vehicle if the customer refuses CDW / LDW and TP coverage.

Delivery and pick-up are possible on request and require confirmation.
Up to 15 km from pickup location: $ 15.00
Up to 30 km from pickup location: $ 25.00
Up to 50 km and more from pickup location: $ 40.00

Vehicle models are for illustration only, but similar models may be supplied.
The minimum per rental day is 24 hours.
Late returns of 1 hour or more will be billed at a third of the daily rate. 3 hours and more will be calculated as an
additional day.
The use of the vehicle will be the sole responsibility of the lessor, as indicated in the rental contract. Each
additional driver must also be listed on the rental contract.
Crossing and leaving the Israeli borders and / or Palestinian Authority territories with the
rental vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Fuel: The vehicle is supplied to you with a full tank of gasoline and we suggest that you make it full. Vehicles
returned with less than a full tank of gasoline will be charged for the missing fuel as well as a
30% service charge .
Early return of the vehicle before the original return date will be charged at the price of the
relevant rental period (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
Parking fines, tickets and tolls: A service charge supplement of ILS 50.00 will be applicable on
unpaid fines, tickets and tolls.
The free sale applies to vehicles of the following categories: B (EBMR), Q (EBAR), C (ECAR), D (CCAR), E (CDAR,
F (IDAR), I (SDAR), IW (CWAR), H (FDAR), M (PDAR). All other categories of vehicles require special confirmation.
Cancellations must be sent up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Cancellations of 7-8-9
seater vehicles must be sent up to 48 hours prior to the pickup time. One day will be charged in the event of
no show.
Minimum age and conditions for renting a vehicle: A valid driver’s license and passport must be
presented at the pick-up location. The minimum age of the driver is 21 years according to the Type of vehicles and
other conditions
as indicated below:
Categories B (MBMR), Q (EBAR), C (EDAR), D (CBAR), E (CCAR): The minimum age required is 21 years (at an
additional cost ) + driving license valid for at least one year.
Categories F (IDAR), FX (DBAR), I (SCAR), IW (CWAR), H (SDAR), M (PDAR), MH (PCAR), J (SFBR), T (CPMR): The
minimum age required is 21 years (at extra charge) + driving license valid for at least one year.
Categories K (UDAR), R (FCAR), O (LFBR), U (IVAR), V (SVAR), V8 (FVAR), Y (FVMR), Z (LVAR): The minimum age is 25
years + driving license valid for at least one year.
Category P (LDAR), W (LCBR): The minimum age required is 28 years + driving license valid for at least five years.

Young Driver: A supplement of $ 12.00 per day applies to drivers aged 21-23.
Additional driver: $ 4.00 per day.
CSI Child seat: $ 5.00 per day (0-1 years old).
CSB Child seat: $ 5.00 per day (1-3 years).
CST Child seat: $ 5.00 per day (4-7 years).
CBS Child seat: $ 5.00 per day (8-12 years old).

Roadside assistance: $ 4.00 per day (maximum $ 100.00).

Terms of payment: The customer must present a known valid credit card registered in the name of the lessor to
cover the supplements. Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners. The credit card must be in the name
of the tenant.
